Questions on passes

We renewed our passes. I can see the old ones in MDE and the new ones too. Do I need to stop by the ticket counter? We are staying onsite and have our MB.

Another question: Our oldest is not going with us and we bought her a pass too. She will probably go at a later date with friends. How will she go about activating her pass? I won't be there with my credit card. Also, this will be her first pass. She didn't have one last year.

Yes, you will need to stop by at Guest Relations to activate your pass since they will need to see a photo ID to make sure you aren't passing the pass off to someone else. When we did this with the Magic Band, we were sent an email thing that we took with us. When we got to Guest Relations (where we used to do this), the line was long so we were prepared to wait. A Cast Member there was asking each guest what they needed to do and when we replied, we sent us over to the Ticket Counter and said "it's much quicker right now for that". We didn't think so but once over there, another Case Member guided us to an open booth and we were done in about five minutes.
