Where are Max and Ruby's parents? Why does Little Bear wear no clothes, but his parents do? Why does Franklin have a name, but all the other animals are just Bear, Fox, Rabbit, etc? Why is Diego's sister now named Alicia, instead of Daisy?

The first three used to bug me to no end. I don't even know who Diego is but we stopped watching pre-school shows a long time ago.

In some episodes I have seen a picture of Ruby and Maxs parents on the wall. Where they are though I have no idea. How old is Ruby supposed to be anyway?

If Chip and Skip are dung beetles and Slinkman is a snail, why are they nearly the same size as Lazlo, who is a monkey, who is the same size as Raj, who is an Elephant?

So Max and Ruby have a Grandmother, but they don't live with her... and their parents are NEVER home....

It drives me crazy too!!! Glad I'm not the only one. Insanity is only fun when you can do it with a friend!!!


BTW, Daisy (Duck) doesn't wear bottoms either. She just wears a shirt - or at least it is a very short dress. I guess it is so we can see her tail feathers??? My butt sticks out too, but I can't get away with wearing no pants!!!

Here's what I wonder: Who are Max and Ruby? And Franklin? And Diego? I do remember Little Bear, though.

As the mom of a teenager, I spend a lot of time wondering where the parents are of the kids on Laguna Beach. They seem to have unlimited money, no curfews, and no parents. They're like rich 20 somethings who go to high school.

I also wonder about the girls on America's Top Model--why do the girls that look so plain always turn out so beautiful in photographs? I think it's great but it seems odd.

Ahh...bonding with a 16 yo has led to some odd tv habits. I even watched (gasp) The Real Gilligan's Island. Talk about freaky!

Max and Ruby are rabbits in a series of children's books. Franklin is a turtle and Diego is a character on NickJr. I thought at first he was Dora's older brother, but it appears that I am wrong.

I put on a ep of Bob the Builder I had TiVo'd for DS yesterday while I folded clothes this morning. OMG..I think I'm in love with the emo little crane thingie .What's his name...Lofty? Everybody else is like "Can we build it? YES WE CAN!" and the poor little crane scrunches up his face (as best he can) and goes "Maybe...". That's so cute.

Also, I wonder why Bob is not married to Wendy. I mean, they work together in the building yard fixing things and they are obviously friends, so why don't they get married? Or would that be TOO wierd? Maybe Bob and Wendy just have 'alternative' lifestyles, which would explain why they aren't married to anyone (not just each other).

And what is UP with the talking scarecrow Spud? He creeps me out.

It has been a few years since I watched Bob, but aren't the two of them always almost getting together, not unlike Jimmy & Cindy. Someone always seems to interrupt their nearly romantic moments.

I don't know. Usually when I put Bob on for DS, it's to keep him occupied while I make dinner so I'm not paying that close of an attention to it.

Oh..I also started watching LazyTown while I work out. Helps keep my mind off actually working out and I am almost always in stitches. Robbie Rotten cracks me up.
