Questions for Vistana Resort experts

We're headed down for a big family vacation June 3-10, and made reservations through Hotel Kingdom. A couple questions:

1. Do they have pool towels, or do you need to bring beach towels?

2. Do they have daily maid service?

3. Do they provide soap, shampoo, etc.?

4. Help me with the sections. We requested the Spas section, because from what I could understand, that was not the oldest section, but still had large rooms. But lately, I have read that the Spas is very dated. Is there a better section to request for a large family.

We have stayed at Vistana twice in Fpuntains and Spas. Both villas were exactly the same size except that in Spas we were on the third floor and had a vaulted ceiling.

They have pool towels--you sign them out and then back in when you return them, at least you did in 1999--last trip was too cold to swim.

They have soap, but not shampoo as I recall.

Regarding Maid service, we have stayed as a time share exchange and they had two mid week services. We also stayed 3 nights paying a nightly rate and had daily maid service. So depends on how it is booked. I would guess taht through Hotel Kingodom, you would have daily service.
