I've seen several posts here from folks who have used Netgrocer to order food delivered to the resort.

Have you ever experienced any problems with the service?

I just checked out their site, and they look fairly comprehensive..except for water..didn't see any gallon size available. Do you order water??

Also noticed they carry the parmalat (sp?) milk..has anyone very tried this stuff? How's it taste?

How far in advance do you order, and is your order always waiting for you when you check in?

Our next trip is 10/30 - 11/4. We aren't arriving until after 10:30 PM on the 30th, and thought net grocer might save us some time.

Thanks for all your help!

Yes.. we too would like to know about the netgrocer users out there! We have a trip planned for November in a 1 bdr at VWL. I was afraid to order and then not have groceries arrive! I order alot over the internet but never groceries. Where do you pick the groceries up? Do you get them at the front desk or are they delivered to your room? Are the CM's familiar with this type of delivery?

ps. I've used the Parmalat Milk and it was fine. We brought it with us on our last trip to WDW. It worked out well with the kids.

We used netgrocer this past November. It is a very good service. The prices are very reasonable and they pack it extremely well.
We ordered I believe 2 weeks ahead of time. When you place the order make sure you have your name and address of place where you want it shipped. You must have your arrival date indicated on the shipping label, and I would also let your hotel know that a netgrocer package will be arriving. The only problem we had was that the boardwalk misplaced the packages but found them in an hour or two.
We bought milk from the store @ BW along with water. We did buy the non dairy creamer for coffee which was very good.
They have an excellant tracking system via internet and a telephone number you can call for assistance. Please visit the netgrocer site and read all shipping information. We plan to use them again this August. They also included some cool little freebies with our order.

Hi,
We used Net Grocure last year and had excellant service from, the CM's from OKW even delivered the box's to our room for us.!!

We have used netrocer 4 times. The first time was for a Jan 1st check in. I had ordered english muffins and because of the holiday and weekend the cs rep at netgrocer suggested I order at least a week in advance. The muffins were not OK, but everything else we have gotten has been. I order jar sauce for a fast dinner, macaroni , cereal, sm size mayo and mustard etc. We all decide together what kind of cereal and other "important items" to order. This year I found I ordered more from them because each time we go, we spend more time relaxing in "our home" and therefore eat more snacks and meals in. When we drive to WDW from the airport, we stop at the grocery store. We have always used Publix, but in Dec. we have decided to stop at Albertsons. I buy all the cold things and fresh fruit etc. and have it stored at the resort, since we usually arrive around noon and our room is not available. I find that by sending all the non-perishables ahead, even though we stop at the store we don't spend a lot of time there. I like to pick out the fruit etc. and we always buy wine and beer. We buy a couple of gallons of water for the room and bring Brita water bottles for the parks.

One thing we do is collect all the condiment packages we can whenever we take out or order food, like ketchup, mustand, mayo, salt, pepper, vinegar whatever and keep them in a plastic bag so when we go, we have all our condiments and don't have to buy them. You can even keep the utensil packages that have foks, knives and spoons and salt & pepper if you stay in a studio.

Used Netgrocer in February this year. They have a shipping schedule on their website to figure out exactly when to place your order. You select the zone Florida is in, and the chart shows you what day to order based on anticipated delivery dates.

When placing your order, note somewhere on the address lines words like "guest arriving on mm/dd" and also put down your reservation #. Package was waiting when we arrived and was delivered to our room.

I bought 20 oz. bottles of water, and we also bought the Parmalat milk. Nothing to worry about with Parmalat - it is very safe. Must be refrigerated once opened. IMHO, you won't notice any difference in taste.

We only had one minor problem with the freshness on some english muffins as it had a little mold on a couple of muffins. Everything else was fine and extremely well packed.
