When your FP booking window opens for Stay#1, as @preemiemama said, this window includes all the park days in Stay#2.

Two consecutive hotel Reservations is a Split Stay (more than one hotel for your vacay) and the FP FAQ has the details.

Just be ready to book for all your park days when the FP window opens.
