I am going on an interview with a large privately held corp. tomorrow. The interviewer has three jobs of which I am interviewing for all three.

I know how to answer, but what kind of questions would you ask the employer (to help get the job)?

I know one I'd like to say "when do you want me to start?", :hyper: but I won't ask that till they make me a good offer.

Any help would be great. Thanks, :teeth:

I do a lot of interviewing, and it always impresses me when the applicant has done their research on the company and asks me questions relevant to it. I also appreciate it when applicants ask what the environment is in the specific work area I hire for. It's also good to ask what kind of training is offered for the positions.

A couple things never to ask: how much are you going to pay me? and what are the time off benefits like? This tells me you are more interested in what the company can give you than what you can give the company. I am looking for people who have initative and motivation to help the department, not the people who are out for a paycheck.

Good Luck!!:goodvibes :goodvibes
