Questions/Comments about my ADR's

Hi All! Just got the free dining added to my ressie yesterday with all the other crazies! I somewhat finalized my ADR's yesterday. Since we will be there for F&W I don't have any lunches pre-planned, only dinners. Here's what I have so far:

Rose and Crown Pub and Dining Room (new for us)
Hollywood Brown Derby (new for us)
California Grill (to watch the fireworks)
Tutto Italia (new for us)
Monsieur Paul (new for us)
Be Our Guest (new for us)
Nine Dragons (DD11 request)

I am also going to add a Sanaa lunch with an animal expert if I can get a reservation.

We are big foodies and are trying to add more restaurants to our list than we havent tried yet. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Also just added Sanaa lunch with an animal specialist. My DD really wanted to do this and I have heard great things.
