questions about transportation to the parks

I will be staying at RPR, and I know about the boats and the buses, but where do you catch them? Also, what time to the boats and buses start running in the morning?

The boat dock is down by Tchoup Chop (which is near the pool). I think you catch the bus out at the end of the convention centre. The start running quite a bit before the park opens and stay running quite late.

It's also a very quick walk to get to any of the parks or Citywalk. Unlike WDW, everything is within walking distance.
