Questions about spa packages (esp. on Wonder)

We sail on the Wonder in May, from San Diego to Vancouver. My husband and I would like to book spa treatments, and we're leaning towards a couples package so we can spend some time together (while DD is in the kid's club). We have tentatively booked the Couples Choice for our port day in SF (since we live in the area and don't plan to disembark). Is it worth doing the private villa on a port day? There are no other ships in port.

If we did individual treatments instead, is there any opportunity to do them together? Or at least at the same time? If we book online it looks like we'd have to have back to back appointments.

Do they ever offer couples treatments as specials (e.g. On port days)? Also, if we book something that later goes on special, will they honor that price change, or would we have to cancel and rebook?

And if you get treatments, do you also get access to the rainforest room, or do you have to pay separately for that?

Lastly, I don't see an option to book hair appointments online. Do they have a hair salon on the Wonder? I usually like to get a blowout after spa treatments (so I don't have to ruin my bliss by fighting to tame my hair after).

I would highly recommend the Couple's Choice. I've done what is essentially the solo version of that and I loved it. If you want just a massage, but want to do them in the same room, there is a couples swedish massage available. If you're looking to have the treatment times at the same time, but in separate rooms, you just have to make one reservation.

I don't ever recall couples treatments as specials, but I also wasn't exactly looking for one since I don't have a significant other for the 2nd half. I would imagine that they would honor a price change if the booking you had fit the requirements of the special (time, date, service).

Also the rainforest room is extra and not included in any service.

Thank you! We ended up deciding to just go for the Couples Choice. I noticed the Disney Visa now offers 20% off of spa packages on port days (which is when we're doing ours), so I figured we'd be saving about $100 off the price anyway.

Bummer that the rainforest room is a separate charge. I didn't see it available in the online booking section. Can you only reserve that onboard?

Day passes for the Rainforest room are bought ahead of time, through the Gifts and Amenities section of the DCL site, like where you buy room decorations or wine packages. By contrast, the Length of Stay Rainforest passes can only be purchased on board the ship.

So you need to decide ahead of time if you want just a day or two, or the whole trip. At $16/day per person I found them to be very reasonable compared to other Spa things. You don't have to pick which day ahead of time either, and although they will ask you for a name to put on the Day pass order, they won't hold you to that, it is just so that when it is placed in your room, it is like a gift for the intended person. Anyone in your room could use it. So if you bought two, for example you and your spouse could each go once, or you could go twice.
