I'll be going to WDW next weekend. my D Princess and I (WOO!)
and, Illuminations has a showing at 9 PM while Fantasmic has two showings. 9 and 10:30 pm. This being my 1.5th time at Disney, I'm relying on you more experienced Disneyers to tell me if I can make it to both shows that I am dying to see. Thanks guys :thumbsup2

We did this on our last trip, actually. What we did is we watched Illuminations from the area close to France and the UK.Illuminations ended about 9:15 and we exited from Epcot right there at the International Gateway and hopped the first boat to Disney-MGM. We got there about 9:40, in plenty of time for Fantasmic at 10:30. It was pretty crowded when we got there, but we were able to get good seats nonetheless. It was a pretty magical night seeing both of them, one after the other.

how do you know if there will be a 10:30 showing of fantasmic?

Looked it up on the monthly scheduled hours. and from my understanding, they have two showings on peak season. Garrett, sounds like you made it on time with the boat. I did not know I could take the boat to mgm. heheh cool stuff though

If you're on the Disney site, click on the month that you're going then on the specific day (click the actual number) and it should come up.
