Questions about guests

My kids are both bringing friends along with them this summer. I have my reservations made at BWV for a two BR. Must I register the guests as well? Help.

I would list their names on the room when you get there, just in case of some type of emergency. I don't know that I've ever listed my own children, or family guests specifically by name, but it might not hurt. Are they relatives or just family friends? It might make a difference, I'm not sure.

All room keys are now issued with the exact holder's name (rather than just the name that was on the room reservation), and the keys must be presented if you intend to make use of Extra Magic Hours.

They aren't family. Actually, only one has been definitely determined. My son is thinking about taking applications from his friends to see who he takes along. I will call MS and make them aware of this. I'm sure they will know exactly what to do. As for the application process.......

Hmmm, I checked in to SSR on Dec. 31 with a reservation for 4, including 2 teenagers. All the room keys had my name on them.

that is nice to know - so your room keys have your name on them even if you aren't the DVC member.

Some of my family will be happy!!!

Just checked out of SSR yesterday. Our room keys had our individual names on them.

I would think that you can give them the names at check-in. We have a reservation for April, made in October that only has my name on it. We'll have to add DH and DS when we arrive.

I made a reservation last week for 2 adults, they did not ask the other name. I assume they will ask at check-in.
