Has anyone tried the Serrano Ham wrapped Wild Striped Bass, Farro risotto, wild mushrooms, young onions and Xeres jus at CG? If so, how was it? I discovered risotto recently and really enjoyed it. I'm considering asking for the Pork dish with the risotto, but I want to trust how the chef pairs the entrees and sides and go with his suggestions.

Also, I know many have tried and enjoyed the Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Goat Cheese Polenta, Cremini Mushrooms, Zinfandel Glaze and Sage. What is polenta?

Thanks!

That is one of my all time favorite meals at WDW - it's just a fantastic mix of flavors. Polenta is made from cornmeal - the pork tenderloin is super tender and served on top of the goat cheese polenta. It's making me hungry thinking about it! We've hit that restaurant the last 3 trips so I could get my fix of that meal! :rotfl: Also they have a great wine list - and reasonably priced, too!

That just sounds gross! I'm SURE it's not, but what's the consistency/texture? We've been to CG before - in 2001 - and I can't remember what I ordered. I'm trying to be more adventurous in my meals this trip - I hope to try mussels, sushi, etc. Thanks for replying; I appreciate your input!
