When I go to Disney in Jan07 I will be wearing one of those orthopedic boots that go to the knee. I currently need to wear it until I have surgery after the trip since if I have surgery now I will not have recovered enough to go in January.

Will I have any problems with the rides? I will be able to remove it if needed to do a ride but where will I be able to store it? I am especially concerned since I want to ride Kali but don't want to get it wet. Will I be able to leave it with Disney personnel at some of the rides and pick it up after the ride is over? Also, will I need a note from the doctor stating that I am able to do stairs also.

Thanks for any help!!

Cast Members are not permitted to accept responsibility for any personal property (except items being turned in to a Lost and Found).

A note/letter from a doctor will normally have no bearing on what you are allowed to do or be prohibited from doing. The most important priority drilled into every cast member is Guest Safety. If you are attempting to do something which, in the opinion of a cast member, would cause injury to anyone (yourself included) you will not be allowed to do it.
