questions about Delfino and Trattoria

hi Uni/IOA fans,

Is there any news on when Delfino Riviera is closing? Or when its replacement (Bice?) will open?

Also, does anyone happen to know what time Trattoria opens for breakfast?

we have had breakfast at tratoria as early as 8, and i am sure it must open earlier.
