Questions about CRT and Garden View Tea Room

1. Are not all characters present at CRT for dinner? I read in the Unofficial Guide that only the Fairy Godmother is present for dinner. I didn't recall seeing that here before.

2. Does the Dining Plan cover Garden View Tea Room at the Grand Floridian?

Apparently it's the Fairy Godmother and the mice and they don't visit tables, they do some sort of show. You get a photo with Cinderella as part of the package.

The Garden View Tea is not on the dining plan.

1. Dinner at CRT...you get to meet Cinderella & get a picture downstairs before going up to be seated for your meal. There are no characters circulating at dinner. The mouse-maids from Cinderella, Susie & Perla, do very briefly come around the tables for very quick pictures. Then the Fairy Godmother comes out & does a song about celebrating. She does not visit tables -- if you're quick with your camera you can catch her in action as she kind of dances around singing but there's not stopping for pictures.

2. You cannot use the Dining Plan for tea at the GF
