Questions about Budget

We arrive at Disney on Nov 1 and have never rented from Budget before. We found a pretty good rate using the Wendy code. I joined fastbreak, but Im unclear if I stop at the counter. Do they have all the SUV's in one area to pick from? Also, if we want to add a driver, can I do that before we leave, or do I have to do it there? Thanks!

I would not stop at the counter; rather, I generally go out to the garage with the rental cars. there, you'll approach the Budget booth, hand them you license, FastBreak card, and reservation (if desired). They can add the additional driver and handle any concerns. They'll also give you the keys (people from the counter need to go here as well, I think).

It is pretty quick, even with a line.

I've used them and done the online check in. I was directed to the area in the parking lot where the car size of my choice was lined up and just picked one out.
