Questions about booking Christmas 2015

So my UY is Feb. I have 231 points left in 2015 and want to book in January for Christmas 2015....a couple of things.

- Are the 2015 points charts out yet, so I can calculate the cost of the res?

- If I book in January, and my UY is Feb, then will they allow me to borrow from 2016 is I am short points from my 2015 allotment?

- If not, then I can book as many days as my 2015 points will allow and add days after Feb. What would be the chances of that for Christmas though!?

UY has nothing to do with when you call to book. if you are booking a stay in your 2015 UY, you can borrow 2016 UY pts to complete the stay. (you can book 11 months ahead based on home resort.)

the risk is that your banking deadline closes on sept 30, 2015 for your 2015 UY pts. so if you cancel after that point, you cannot bank those pts and risk losing them if you cannot rent or reuse the pts for a stay that is completed prior to jan 31, 2016. traveling late in your UY can be pretty risky.
