Questions about booking at 7 month mark

I am planning on trying to book BC studio for 7 nights beginning May 8th. This is my first time so I just want to clarify.....I need to be on the phone October 8th with MS and they open at 9AM. Is that correct? Does anyone have any experience with that time of year? I wonder what my chances are?????

Not a high demand time and thus chances are decent but with the smaller resorts, BCV and VWL, it is often hit or miss. Oct 8 is date you can call and the earlier in the day the better the chance although you can often find phones locked up during first hour in the morning.

The way I understand it is you will call October 8th. I would be shocked if you did not get it, but you never know. We go every May. The earlier in May the better. The weather is not super hot and the crowds are not bad. Every May it seems to be a little worse, but still pretty good. Nice time of year for my family. We got our reservations for a two bedroom last year for a May trip at Beach Club in November with no probelms at all. It was a little later in May then when you are going. It seems to me that with everyday in May it gets busier. We went one year for 9 days starting on the 10th. The 10th was virtually walk on every thing. By the time the 18th came around it was getting busy.

Anyway-you have a great chance-BC is very nice and the pool is great-May is a great time to go. Have fun!!!
