Question. Why do tickets numbers not match KTTW??

We have leftover days on old KTTW tickets/cards. They are linked to our MDE
How come the ticket numbers are different online?
How do you know which ticket is which?
I would like to be able to take the actual tickets with me just in case.

The short answer is the code on the KTTW card is decoded to find your ticket in the ticketing system. When you attach it to MDE it creates an electronic entitlement number. If you didn't mark on the ticket who you linked it to at the time you won't be able to see who is who. It doesn't really matter as the tickets are on the bands. If you really care, bring the bands and the old KTTW card to Guest Relations.
