Hello everyone :) I would first like to thank all of you for your advice. I have been lurking for quite some time and appreciate every tip I have read.

We leave on December 23 and will be staying in a cabin until December 28.

Here is my question, I have a niece that is staying outside the park with family.

How can she visit me in Fort Wilderness?

I would love it if she could visit us and even more importantly pick me up for a quick grocery store visit?

She is officially going to Disney on Wednesday, so i'm sure with Disney transportation she could easily visit, but what about the other days?

Thank you for you help.

Anyone can always use Disney transportation from Downtown Disney. Isnt there an overflow lot at the fort that isnt guarded or gated?

If you want her to drive to your cabin, you will need to meet her in the big(overflow) parking lot with your cabin key so she can enter FW by going through the entrance gate. Our DD use to be able to just tell the guard that she was visiting us and she would be let in but that changed to requiring a FW Parking pass with ID at the guard shack or site key to open the gate.

To vist without the car, she can park in the big(overflow) parking lot and take the bus to your loop.
