Can you see any of the higher fireworks at Epcot from the standard view rooms at BWV? Believe it or not (because this was a Value resort) we were able to see some of the Epcot fireworks from out window at Pop Century last month, on the 2nd floor of one of the 50s buildings. DS3 LOVED this every night!!! Wondering if we would be able to have something similar at BWV (either studio or one-bedroom) in a standard view. If so, what would we request? And yes, I know a request is only a request and never guaranteed! ;)

If we do not get a room where we can see some fireworks, where is the best location to view them from BWV, and the closest to the rooms? We would probably go one night to Illuminations, especially since we can walk right back to BWV from Int'l Gateway, but wondering about other nights since it would be cool.

Yes, you can see the higher-up fireworks from some standard view rooms. I remember seeing them from 3011 (a studio). It was about 2/3 of the way out, a fairly far walk from the main elevators. I think I requested high floor, far from elevators. To them, third floor was considered high, I guess.

Boardwalk view rooms give you a great look at the fireworks. I've never stayed in any of the standard view but the ones that overlook the little grass area on the boardwalk side of the resort should have a view of the fireworks. Not sure if there are many of those rooms that will give you that kind of opportunity to see them though.

You can also see the Magic Kingdom fireworks if you are in the boardwalk view rooms or stand out on the boardwalk near Spoodles. They are in the direction of the Yacht Club.

You can also see the fireworks from Fantasmic from some of the pool view rooms and also the standard view rooms at the very end of the hall. One time I hit the jackpot with the corner room and could see both Epcot & Fantasmic fireworks.

WOW!! So technically we could see all of the fireworks from one area or another at the BW! That is so awesome. I know it would obviously not be the whole show as if you were in the park but this could still be useful in the earlier years when my kids are still little and we don't feel like dealing with crowds getting out of the parks afterwards. This would especially be true of MK since we would either have to drive back or take the bus. For Epcot and DHS it is much easier since we could just walk "home"! I love that location!!!

Last January we were in a 1 bedroom standard view that looked out on the overpass right before the main entrance. We had a great view of the fireworks everynight. Hope we get the same room or view this January.:cool1:

Here are the MK fireworks from my boardwalk view room at the end of the hall near Jellyrolls.

This is Illuminations from the same room. I can't remember the room number but I want to say 4005 or 4007.
