question regarding the pin code i recieved for disneyland

Hi all!
Well I got a pin code! YAY! It is for 30% to 40% off disney hotels. Awesome!! We were planning to go in December anyways!! The problem is that when I went to make reservations the ONLY room that comes up as available at all is a Grand California Concierge suite! Over $2000 just for the week with the pin code. I know it is a big drop (can you imagine what it costs regular price?) but there's no way we can swing that pocket change.
Is there anything I can do?? If I call Disney is there any chance they will help find me a room that I can afford with the Pin code?

I know they limit the number of rooms available for the pin code. Who told you the only room available was GCH Conceirge? Disney? I'd definitely call back and maybe you'll have to be more flexible with your dates.

No one knows. Just sign up for anything and everything Disney. Last year I was on WDW's website and getting/saving quotes for Oct. 2010 (just to get an idea for Oct 2011) but never booked anything. This summer they "noticed" I had never booked my trip and sent me a pin code good for this fall. Then I received one for Disneyland shortly after...I guess I finally made the list!!

I only started getting them AFTER my AP's expired, or maybe after I did the DVC talk...both happened at the same time.

I already had a kid suite at HOJO's reserved.... should I just keep that? We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel last time and it was awesome... all except that there were 5 of us smushed into the room LOL But the perk was that it was super close and of course all things Disney
Has anyone else stayed there?? How does it compare?

Disney Vacation Planning or your Travel Agent - they'll get you the right price. The 40% Pin Code works out to about $213/night for a GC Standard (depending on which season of course).
