Question regarding purchasing new tickets and old tickets

Hi,

My family always purchased the no expiration tickets. Of the four of us, I am the only one left with days (2). I see a good deal on a 5 day park hopper on parksavers.com.

If anyone knows, can I choose to use the new 5 day park
