Question regarding picky 12 y/o & DDP

I am sure this has probably been asked, but here goes anyway... My DD12 is somewhat of a picky eater. I was wondering if we could order her a kids meal and pay OOP at some plated meals (Le Cellier, Sci Fi, 50's). Would we have a problem doing this because she is over 9? TIA

We did this twice for DS10. We did it at Beaches and Cream and WolfGang PUck cafe. They both have good children's menus with a lot of choices. There wasn't any problem.
