Question Regarding Dde

I'm considering purchasing the DDE card, but I have a quick question. I see from the description that you can use the DDE card at the resort resturants. All the other resturants are table service. Are you able to use it on all food purchased at counter service resturants at the resorts or just when you are ording a meal type item? For example if I went into the food court could I use the card to buy a bagel?

The only counter service you can use it at are the value resort food courts. The other resorts all have sit down restaurants so you can't use it at the food courts there. No other counter service is included which also leaves out park counter service.

It depends on what food court you go to ..

DDE is typically for sitdown restuarants (with menus and buffets) in the resorts and at the parks with a few exceptions (CRT will not be accepting it beginning in February). It is also accepted at some counter service restuarants where no sit down option is available, like the value resorts, POFQ, and several placed in AK as there is no Disney sitdown available. Rainforest cafe is not disney and does not accept the DDE discount. HTH
