I have assumed that base tickets work like this: Each time you enter a park, you have used one day of your allotted base tickets. For instance, if I have a 3 day base ticket, and I go to 3 different parks in one day, I have used all 3 allotments I have. Is that correct?
Here is why I ask...
DH and I have a trip planned in two weeks. We currently have 7 day base tickets. We usually buy hoppers and really like the flexibility of it; However, we maybe only "hop" a couple of times during a week long trip. We have considered upgrading to 7 day park hoppers which will be an additional $128. It would only cost us $60 total to upgrade to 10 day base tickets which would allow us to "hop" 3 times in our seven day stay. That's a savings of $68 and would likely be all we need. Before we make our decision, I want to be sure we could actually use a base ticket twice in one day at two different parks.
Thanks!
