Question re: Stay 4, Play Free

I reserved my hotel and tix with the above offer. How do I get my tickets? Do I get them at hotel check in or do I pick them up at a certain window at the parks? Thanks for the info.

It is unclear but most likely you will receive the passes at check-in. The mailing from universal vacations always has a book of vouchers that you redeem at check-in and some that you redeem at restaurants/gift shops.

You'll get vouchers when you check in. You take the vouchers to the regular ticket window at either park and they will give you the park tickets.

We took our vouchers to the concierge desk and picked up the tickets there.
