Question re: selling DVC on your own

Hi everyone. I am going to be selling two of my DVC contracts and would like to do this on my own (not using a reseller). This is all very new to me. Has anyone had experience with selling their DVC on their own that can give me a general idea as to how to go about the process. I'm familiar with sites like TUG for listing my contracts, but am not sure how the actual sale process works, with closing and ROFR and such. Is it very difficult? Thank you so much for your help!
