question re: Magical Express back to airport

I found a great airfare deal and I don't want to miss out. However we are planning on leaving WDW on Friday May 11. The flight isn't until May 12. Rather than pay for another night at WDW, I'm considering staying at an airport hotel May 11. So can we take ME to the airport without having a return flight that day?

I assume we'd just take some kind of shuttle from airport to hotel once we arrive of course.

Thoughts?

Yes, you can do this. DME doesn't check to see if you have a flight booked.

You'll just need to give them a flight number for a flight around 3 hrs after the time you want to get picked up, so you get scheduled on the bus around the time you want to leave.

You'll want to find out what the latest flight out of MCO is (it doesn't matter where it's going) and give them that flight number. ME will pick you up about 3 hours before that.

DME run 24/7, as needed by guests.

Even though MCO has very few late night departures, there are DME motorcoaches heading from WDW to the airport until late at night to pick up arriving passengers.

Contact Disney's Magical Express Guest Services at 866-599-0951. Tell them you're staying at an airport hotel and tell them the approximate time that you want to leave the your Disney resort for the airport. (Some people think it's necessary to provide bogus departing flight details, but it isn't.)

Don't miss your pick-up. With a late departure from your resort, there may not be any DME pick-ups after yours.
