Ok I have called customer service three times and they aren't sure what the issue is and I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem. I keep being told to call back in three days (why is three days a magic number) anyway under my mange rewards, and show rewards balance I have a -XXX number, there's no way I could have a - number for my reward points anyone else dealing with this too?
