question re checking reservation status

Hello! I thought that it was possible to check the status of a reservation (i.e., whether we were lucky enough to get upgraded!) on the disney cruise website. I know that I have the right reservation number, but it's saying that I am entering an invalid number and tells me I am supposed to use the confirmation number I got when I made my reservations thru the website. I used a travel agent, though. Is this what the problem is?

If there is a way to check on-line, any help would be appreciated. Otherwise, I'll call my agent, but that will take away from the fun of repeatedly checking myself!

If you booked through a TA I don't think you can use this feature.

You need to call your travel agent. The website is for people that booked directly through DCL.

if you booked with a t/a you can't use the web site
or call them they will give you very limited info and that also depends on the person answering the phone for disney
