Hello, everyone! I'm new, but have been lurking for several days now, enjoying reading your fun posts and learning from all of you who are in the know! I am so happy that I found this wonderful board!
I would greatly appreciate any help regarding the following -- thanks in advance!
I have never seen the Candlelight Processional, and I am trying to get a handle on understanding the Dinner Package before it becomes available. As I understand it, there are three tiers of pricing for the dinner packages. Here are my questions:
1) Do the different tier levels have anything to do with order of seating? For example, does tier 1 mean, "gets seated first," then tier 2 and so on? Or does "tier" only refer to pricing and nothing else?
2)I tried to post a link to reference an earlier thread about the CDP, but am unable to since I am not yet at 10 posts. It refers to a list of restaurants that are listed by tier and listed within each tier are, "Seating 1" and "Seating 2 & 3." I am having difficulty in figuring out what the seating within the tiers means. Although I can't post the link to the thread, here is my question:
In this helpful thread, the fourth post down by "justcantwait" refers to Seating 1, 2, and 3 within each tier. Does that refer to who is seated first, second and third? If not, what does that mean? I see that "Seating 2 & 3" is a higher price, but I would think that would mean, "second and third seating," with Seating 1 meaning "first seating." I know that can't be right, as the Seating 1 pricing is lowest, so that would not make sense. Please help me decipher this, as you can see I'm totally confused!
BTW - we will have the Dining Plan if that makes a difference in any of this. As I understand it, last year, the CDP equalled two TS meals.
Thanks a million everyone! I truly appreciate the help! So happy to be a part of your wonderful community!
