Question re AP site and system error

For the last 3 days, I have not been able to get on the disney world site. Specifically, I have been trying to get on the AP site, but when that didn't work, I tried to get on plain old disneyworld.com site and got the same error message. It says something like "system error, please try back again later." From the threads I have read, it sounds like McAfee might have something to do with it. Someone said to "turn it off" but I'm not sure how to do that. I have deleted my temporary internet files too. Can anyone help me? I'm sorry that this has been discussed already, but I just can't find my answers. Thanks in advance for any help.
