Question re. 11 Mo. Booking Window & Holidays

Is DVC closed on New Years Day? To book day by day w/ the 11 mo. window for a reservation that covers 11/30 - 12/04 would you just call on the 2nd to make your reservation for the 1st & 2nd? Could you make the reservation on the 31st?

Member Services is closed on weekends. It was also reported in another thread that they would be closed January 3 for the holiday. No, you can not book December 1 & 2 on the 31st...you'll need to call on January 4th to book (assuming they are closed on Jan 3)

Whenever Member Services is closed -- weekend, holiday etc., you must wait until the next day that they are open to book reservations that hit the 11 month mark when they were closed.

BUT, the banking deadlines are the opposite. If you're actual deadline falls on Saturday/Sunday/holiday, you must call to complete the banking on the day before MS closes down.

That's right. I'm in the middle of booking for that same week, and MS told me that after reserving for November 30 on December 30, I'd have to wait til January 4 to book for December 1.
