Question on what you can order from Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki on DDP

Is there a set menu at Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki that you can order if you are on the DDP? Has anyone used the DDP at Mitsukoshi Teppanyaki? Also We have been to other Japanese Steakhouses and usualy you get soup and salad is this the case there as well?

You cannot order the lobster and you have to pay for sushi if you want it. I thought I remember getting soup but I know the appetizer I chose was the edamame. My husband had the seaweed salad. I also remember having a salad with a ginger dressing. This was last August, I don't even see the lobster on the menu now.
