If I book at 11 month window 2 studios with ( 2001 banked pts August UY) for May 2003 what happens to my pts if I have to cancell 1 studio? Do they go back into my account to be used by august 2003? Thanks Paul

That's right, they would need to be use BEFORE August of 2003. So see if you could rent the unit rather than cancelling.
