Question on Renting?

Is the a Q/A thread on how the trash and towels work when renting a Vacation club unit from an owner. I believe the maid comes once a week, but was wondering , Do you dry your own towels every day or have to purchase clean ones? Is there a place to throw out the trash. Your help would be appreciated

On day 4 you get a Trash and Towel service. (New towels & trash taken out). There is a "trash room" so you can dump your garbage at any time, there are extra bags in the bottom of the bag.

As for towels, you can
1) pay for extra towels
2) if in a 1 or 2 bdrm. wash and dry as needed
3) if in a studio, use towels for several days - you should be clean when getting out of the shower and I personally don't use a fresh towel at home every day.

So on day 4 does house keeping come in to the room like maid service to do just towels and trash?

Jack -

TT service is done by regular mousekeepers. They will
-empty trash
- new towels
-replenish TP, PT & Tissues
- replenish cofee, sugar, etc.
- replensih dwish washing soap, liquid soap and sponges.

Day 8
all of the TT services
plis
-new bed linens
- vacuum
-clean bathroom
-clean kitchen

I have been told if you are staying 5 nights you can move TT to day 3 instead of 4, that's my plan for next trip.

If you are staying 7 nights or less, you get trash & towel service on day 4 (count check-in as day 1).

If you are staying 8 nights or longer, you get a full cleaning on day 4 and trash & towel on day 8. 12 nights or longer, the cycle repeats.

You can purchase additional towels or additional housekeeping services if you wish:

Full Cleaning -

Studio $25 per day requested
1 Bedroom $30 per day
2 Bedroom $40 per day
3 Bedroom $60 per day

Trash & Towel - $10 per day requested

Pack of 4 sets of towels - $6
