Question on Premier Pass HHN bonus ticket?

Hi everyone I am a new premier pass holder and so enjoying it!!

Does anyone know from past years how you redeem the HHN ticket. I wasn't sure if you just show up one night and use it, have to pick a day ahead and how would you do it?
Also does anyone know if I can gift mine to my DH to use, I don't do HHN but he loves it?

It mentions the following on the universal web site ffor Premier Pass Holders:

• One (1) free night admission to Halloween Horror Nights (on select nights only)^. To use, you must present your valid Premier Annual Pass at any Universal Studios Florida turnstile.

Thanks I looked but not unusual for me to miss or skip things.

I assume they will send passholders an email with the select nights or post it when more ticket information comes out?
