Question on missing photos

We just got home from Disneyworld yesterday (11-21), to find that one of our Photopass pictures were missing from our account. I sent in a lost photos report last night, and was wondering if anyone knows how long to give them to respond before putting in another form or calling? Thanks in advance!

I had filled in the online request form and our photos appeared in our account a few days later. They never contacted me to say they found them. They were just there.

I had also called about not being able to see the photos that were linked to our son-in-laws MB and the cast member linked them right away. They are very helpful if you call them.

Give them 48 hours from when you sent the e-mail, but, they are not there on Sundays, so if it was Friday night when you sent the E-mail, I would say call them on Tuesday morning if you have not heard from them or if the pictures have not shown up in your account. Be aware that sometimes they do not find them. Sometimes there are camera or uploading issue and pictures are lost. Most trips, there is at least one we lose. Our October trip it was was our DHS special Once upon a time photo and we also did not get it 7DMT for one of the days we rode it.

Call them.. It may be faster... I called them about missing photos and magic shots and she called me back with 15 minutes and got them all back on my account....

Same for us. I called and the woman got them while we were on the phone. It was great.

I'd give them a call. A few of our photos were missing and a couple of magic shots were missing the "magic". I was on the phone with them for about 10 minutes and the missing photos had been added to my account and the magic shots fixed.
