Question on Late Check-out for BWV at end of September!!!

I was wondering how easy it would be to get a late check-out time (is it a set time?) for the BWV at the end of September. My original flight leaves at 1:40 but I would like to change it to closer to 5 p.m. to not have to rush around in the morning and enjoy at least some of the day!!! Can anyone help??? This is our first visit. THANKS

If you are staying on points, there are no late check-outs. But, you can easily check your bags with bell services and enjoy your last day. That's what we always do.

Check out time is 11:00 am. They expect you to be out by then. If you want to hang around at the resort longer, just check your bags with bell services as suggested. You could even keep a small sack with you if you wanted to lay around the pool then change before you have to travel. Your key card will continue to work for the bathroom/shower area by the pool. There's so much to do around the boardwalk area that I'm sure time will fly for you!

I agree haven't heard of any late checkouts.

DVC used to allow late checkout on a case by case basis. In the late 90's, they instituted a formal no late checkout policy.

I suppose you could always pay for an extra night if you needed to be there past 11, but we usually leave by 9, keep a change of clothes in a carry on bag, and play at the parks until it's time to go to the airport.
