Question on Disney Package (mailed out prior to arrival)

Hello,

The previous times I have stayed at Disney I have received a package in the mail with park information, luggage tags and the booklet with the coupon to Planet Hollywood, etc.

This trip I booked the room through Orbitz and tickets through RunDisney, could this be the reason I did not receive a package for this trip? I also have a problem with people signing for packages at my apartment and keeping them, so this is a possibility as well.

Other than my ME voucher, I have never received any packages in the mail for my room only reservations.

Nope. No package/booklet comes for room only reservations - only packages.
