Question on Celebrating Birthdays

My son's birthday is 12/22 so he his birthday usually gets wrapped up in Christmas. We are going to Disney 11/24-11/30 and thought it might be fun and special to celebrate it there. He will be turning 6. Do you think that seeings that it is a month early that we could still do something? I have ADRs for Chef Mickeys, Le Celliar, 1900 Park Fare, LTT, and Tony's. Which one would be the funniest to celebrate at?

This will be our kid's first time to Disney they are 5 & 9.

Far and away Chef Mickeys. The entire place is kid oriented, and they celebrate birthdys all the time.
