Question on buying small contracts

If I wanted to buy a small 25-50 pts at VWL..for example...
I would get home resort advantage there but only for 25-50 pts...not my whole 200 pt allotment that I have now, right???

so buying a small contract at BWV or VWL doesn't really help you to get the 11 month window unless you buy enough to cover your whole stay, right???

Right.... But say you buy a 50 BWV contract and via banking and borrowing, every three years you could have 150 BWV points to use at the 11 month window.

You are correct. However, those smallish contracts can be nice for a long weekend.

I just saw plenty of 35 and 70 point contracts for BCV on this very website.
