We never usually book at the 11 month window EXACTLY, but will need to for an upcoming trip. The trip is 11/30/03 - 12/5/03 and we will need a 2 BR and a studio at BWV (our home resort). These are crucial dates because my sister is planning her wedding at WDW for 12/4/03!

Just so I'm sure, I will call daily and would do so like this:

call on 12/31/02 to book 11/30/03
call on 1/2/03 to book 12/1/03 (MS closed on New Years, right?)
and so on......

does that seem right?

Actually, it gos by check out date. If you want the night of 11/30/2003, check out would be 12/1/2003. (Only 30 days in November). That means you need to call on 1/2/2003 to reserve the nights of 11/30 & 12/1. It is also my understanding that MS is closed on New Year's Day.

FWIW, be prepared to call MS at right at opening on 1/2/2003. You may have to wait on hold or get busy signals for an extended period of time. MS is usually very busy at this time.

If you tell MS what you are doing when you book the first night, MS will put a note on your reservation. That way, you will only get one confirmation letter (at the end for your entire stay) and only have one reservation number. Lots of people book day by day for the popular seasons and MS is very accustomed to this request.

WDW & DVC - what a great way to get married! Hope you all have a wonderful time.
