Question on booking dates with code

Disney has changed some things in the last couple of weeks (price of tickets,only one room can be booked for each AP instead of the 3 room limit) and I'd like to know about booking dates.Can we still get the same price per room (if they have rooms open) if you arrive on a day that the code is good for but you check out after the code is no good,can we still get the code rate for all nights?That was the way it was done before,but now they have changed several things and a person needs to know before booking.Just wondering.Thanks
