question for veteran cruisers with chronic motion sickness problems (on land)

i've heard about ginger capsules from a number of people...
i think i'll go out tomorrow to the pharmacy that carries home remedies and stock up ...
do they sell ginger ale on board the ship?..it's not one of your common soft drinks...

Im pretty sure you can bring it aboard yourself, number of cruisers usually bring there own soda and stuff because it can get pretty expensive buying soft drinks and all. I would bring the Bonine and the ginger ale and saltine crackers just to be safe. Patchs, wrist bands I was told don't work very effectively so i wouldn't just rely on them. If you have a hard time finding bonine I would be more than happy to send you a box jst leave me your name and address and i will get it out to you ASAP. You may want to Pivate message me with that info.

thanks....that's sweet of you to offer, but as i understand it, the bonine's not a problem....
i'll just be sure to bring some ginger ale and ginger capsules with us....and saltines....

i'd better start making a list of everything to take along...

hopefully we won't need any of it, but it can't hurt to have it just in case..

Ok no problem, it's always good to have a back up plan in case one doesn't work. Hopefully you wont need any of it. ;)
