Hey Tyler!

Can you provide me with the fax number for the room assignor?

I would like to request a few items since we will be there celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary.

Also, when should I send the fax? I've seen 2 days before and 4 days before so I'm not sure.

I'm not Tyler, but I believe that the fax number for Pop Century is
407-938-4040.

I've always been told you should fax your preferences 4 days prior to arrival (not counting your arrival day). So if you're checking in on a Friday:

Thursday - 1 day before
Wednesday - 2 days before
Tuesday - 3 days before
Monday - 4 days before

You'd fax on a Monday.

If that's wrong, Tyler will give you the right information, I'm sure.
