Question for those with ADR for Chef Mickey's Easter Brunch

I am gathering info for our April 2012 trip. We will be there for the 2 weeks surrounding Easter. I am planning a split stay between the Dolphin and a WDW resort. Since the Dolphin doesn't get 180 +10, the order and dates of my stays could impact my Easter day ressies. How hard was it to get Chef Mickey's Easter Brunch? If I have to wait and call exactly 180 days before Easter, will I have a chance of getting this ressie? We will not be going to a park on this day, so my time would be flexible, but we would probably prefer later in the morning...

I am staying at the Swan for this Easter. I had absolutely no problem at all getting any of my reservations that I wanted. I did get up early and book online each day. I keep checking reservations though and still pretty much everything is still open. I don't think you will have any problem at all.
