Question for those staying at resorts

If I have a resort key which includes my ticket, do I understand that I have no 'paper' ticket? Do the keys work in the fast pass?

That is correct. The room key will work for everything.

Yes, everyone in your party has a room key (plasic card), with their pass incorporated in the key.
It also works for the fass pass
