Do any of you ever get any kind of notification from Visa about the Visa promotions? I have had the Disney Visa since 2006, and I never once was notified by them about the deals they have. Not by mail or by email. Without the DIS, I would never know about them. I am registered on their website, so they have my email. Nothing in my junk email. Nothing packed in with my snail mail bill. :confused3:confused3

I don't think we have been notified by anything through email. We get occasional stuff through email like information about buying tickets early for Mary Poppins.

Was that notification in a separate mailing, or was it something enclosed with your bill?

I never get any emails. (wish I would) I am registered on the site, pay my bill online etc. I do occasionally get the panphlets in the mail that has some information in it and a store coupon or two but thats it. It would be so nice to get an email when a new promo for cardholders came out. If it wasn't for the boards I wouldn't have just saved $475 changing to the visa cardholder promo!

We get occasional emails from chase. The kids eat, stay and play free promo was under a link on the Mary Poppins on Broadway offer email. But it wasn't prominently displayed- I think it said something like for other great offers. Also I signed up for on-line account management. There is a link on my page that will take you to the page with all the current offers.

I think I got an e-mail once from Chase Disney about a year ago for a promotion, maybe the FD for last December, but that was it! If it wasn't for the DIS I'd never know what my credit card company was offering. I think I'm so focused on just the reward $, I forget about what ever else they offer. I did get a postcard in the mail 2 weeks ago (mid April) for an offer beginning April 1st, which was the x3 rewards on purchases of groceries, gas, hotel bookings after you spend $1000 on those things first. Nothing really - haven't clarified anywhere if booking with WDW is considered a hotel booking. I guess I should call Chase directly.
